Zeytinyağlı Taze Fasulye Tarifi İçin Malzemeler
1 çay bardağı zeytinyağı
2 adet kuru soğan
500g taze fasulye
3 adet domates
Tuz
Hazırlanışı;
1.Tencereye yarım çay bardağı zeytin yağı alınır
2.2 orta boy soğan yemeklik doğranarak yağa ilave edilir ve hafifçe kavrulur.
3.Temizlenmiş doğranmış 500 gr fasulye tencereye alınır.
4.Fasulyeleri dilediğiniz şekilde kesebilir isterseniz bütün olarakta pişirebilirsiniz.
5.Tencerenin kapağı kapatılarak 6-7 dakika kavrulur.
6.3 adet kabuğu soyulmuş ve doğranmış domates ve 1 su bardağı su eklenerek tencerenin kapağı kapatılır ve pişmeye bırakılır.
7.Fasulyeler yumuşayıp istediğiniz kıvama geldiğinde tuzu eklenir yarım çay bardağı kadar zeytinyağı gezdirilir.
8.Zeytinyağlı fasulyemiz servis tabağına alınır ve soğumaya bırakılır.
Soğuk olarak servis edilir.
