250 gms de harina de arroz
100 gms de harina de trigo
8 yemas de huevo
250 gms de mantequilla
1 lata de leche condensada
1 lata de piña en almíbar
100 gramos de azucar
2 cucharaditas de polvo para hornear
PROCEDIMIENTO
Acremar la mantequilla con el azucar yemas de huevo una a una una vez integrado agregamos le leche condensada e incorporamos seguimos con los ingredientes secos y al final las claras de huevo a punto de turron en forma envolvente.
hornear a 180 grados por 45 minutos aprox.
molde de 10 pulgadas de diametro.

1/2 taza de jugo de piña
1/2 taza de azucar
6 cucharadas de agua
procedimiento
poner todo esto en la lumbre a fuego bajito hasta formar una miel y con esto poder envinar el pastel una vez salido del horno =)
