5 Biggest Difficulties in Trading and How to Overcome Them
1) Burnout - you can work flat-out for a while perhaps even for a long period of time but you can't do it forever. Likewise you can focus for a period of time particularly if you're day trading but you can't keep that level of attention all the time. So take the opportunity to refresh yourself. Take breaks, don't start at the screen when there are no opportunities.

3) Inconsistency - this is difficult to quantify but you are trading in random ways; one trending day you are trying to catch a pullback, the next trending day you are trying to get the top of it. One day you will be disciplined, the next day you will be really bad with discipline and do stuff which you shouldn't do. This is a big one as you need to focus on one thing at a time and isolate the noise and identify when you have things wrong.
4) Frustration - this used to get me massively. I used to be frustrated with my progress in the early days; not trading the size I wanted.
5) Distraction - final one is distration and it is so easy to be distracted when trading. Because it is so easy to trade you can get distracted and still trade even if you're trading from a home environment.
