𝐅𝐨𝐫 𝐌𝐞𝐝𝐮 𝐕𝐚𝐝𝐚 :
* Potato(आलू) - 1
* Chili Flakes(चिल्ली फलैक्स) - Some
* White Sesame Seeds(सफेद तिल) - 1/2 Tbsp
* Cumin Seeds(जीरा) - 1/2 Tbsp
* Green Chili(हरी मिर्च) - 1
* Coriander Leave(धनिया पत्ती) - Some
* Curry Leaves(करी पत्ते) - Some
* Oil(तेल) - 1 Tbsp
* Water(पानी) - 2 Cup
* Semolina(सूजी) - 1 Cup
* Salt(नमक) - As Per Taste
𝐅𝐨𝐫 𝐊𝐞𝐫𝐢 𝐊𝐢 𝐂𝐡𝐮𝐭𝐧𝐞𝐲:
* Coriander Leave(धनिया पत्ती)
* Raw Mango Pieces(कच्चे आम के टुकड़े) - Some
* Onion(प्याज) - 1
* Mint leaves(पुदीना पत्ती) - 1/2 Cup
* Green Chili(हरी मिर्च) - 4
* Garlic(लहसुन) - 7-8
* Ginger(अदरक)
* Cumin Seeds(जीरा) - 1 Tsp
* Black Salt(काला नमक) -1 Tsp
* Sugar(चीनी) - 1 Tsp
* Salt(नमक) - 1 Tsp
* Water(पानी) - Some
✍🏻𝐑𝐄𝐂𝐈𝐏𝐄:
𝐅𝐨𝐫 𝐅𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐠 : Firstly, boil 3-4 potatoes and grate them, have taken green chillies, onions and coriander leaves and finely chop the mint for a dhaba-like test and cut them all and put them in a big pot, then put chilli flakes and salt in it. A little dry mango powder, Kashmiri red chili, mix all the ingredients well and keep aside
𝐅𝐨𝐫 𝐃𝐨𝐮𝐠𝐡: Take a bowl, add 1 bowl of wheat flour, 1/4 bowl of fine semolina, salt, a little red chili powder, green coriander, then add some water to mix it and mix it well.
After that put a non stick griddle on the medium flame on the gas, grease it with oil, then wipe it, then fill a ladle and put it on the griddle like a dosa and don't make it too thin, after a slight color change, oil it with a brush. Give it, then lift it upside down and put it on a plate, then make another paratha like this and if its color changes, then put potato mixture on it and put the other paratha on it and press it from the side and oiling it well, and cook on medium flame.
𝐅𝐨𝐫 𝐌𝐞𝐝𝐮 𝐕𝐚𝐝𝐚: First of all, take a big potato, chill it, wash it well and grate it with a small grater, then wash it in 3-4 water to remove the starch, then keep it in clean water for a while.
Then take a pan, put a small amount of oil in it, then add cumin, white sesame, green chili, curry leaves, cook it well and add 2 cups of water, put some chili flakes in it, add salt according to taste and boil it, then add grated potatoes to this water. Cook it, then put green coriander in it, then cook it after cooking, slow down the gas and put 1 cup of semolina in it, make it like dough and keep it to cool.
After it cools down, take out the dough and mix it once again so that there are no lumps in it, after that apply a little oil on your hands, make a ball and make holes with your fingers, after that roast it on high flame.
