1.Harçtan küçük parçalar alarak yuvarlayalım.
2.Elimizi hafif ıslatarak işaret parmağımızla delik açalım ve avcumuzda çevirerek bastıralım ve genişletelim.
3.Bardak şeklini alan çiğ köftenin içerisine iç harcından koyulur.
4.İç harcını koyduğumuz çiğ köftemizi çevirerek top şekline getirelim ve ağız kısmının kapanmasını sağlayalım ve fazla olan dış harcını koparalım.
5.Elimizi su ile ıslatarak kopardığımız yere hafif bastırarak düzeltelim.
6.Kalan harcada aynı işlemleri uygulayalım.
