5 St Eier, GewKl M getrennt

5 St Eigelb
50 g Zucker
1 Msp Zimt
1 TL Vanillezucker
50 g Butter
100 g Kuvertüre

5 St Eiweiß
130 g Zucker
1 Prise Salz

100 g Mehl
100 g Mandeln

Kuvertüre im Wasserbad schmelzen und abkühlen lassen.
Eigelb mit Zucker, Butter und Gewürze schaumig rühren, abgekühlte Schokolade zugeben. Alles gut rühren.
Das Eiweiß mit Salz und den 130 g Zucker steif schlagen. Schokolademasse unter das Eiweiß heben. Mehl und Mandeln zugeben.
Kuchenform ausbuttern und mehlen. Teig einfüllen und bei Umluft 180° C etwa 44 Min backen.
