This shop update focusses on lighting and a follow-up to my LED lighting video

In my previous LED lighting video I mentioned some of my issues with lighting. This past week I bit the bullet and ripped apart the ceiling of my shop and rearranged my current fluorescent lights. Previously, they were mounted on the floor joists.
I had some issues with glare, and hotspots, and also just clearance. So I took the three main lights and re-positioned them so that they were **IN** the joist bays. This raised them up so that the bottom of the lights was flush with the bottom of the joists. This gives me fractionally more headroom. It also actually cuts my light a bit, and I’m using those LED strips from the previous video to fill in the light.
I’ve also ordered some more LED strips (not arrived yet, they’re coming from china so it’ll be a few weeks before they arrive.) which I will also put on the ceiling to fill in even more lights.
I also added a switched outlet to the ceiling so that I can use a wall switch to control the LED strip lights.
PLEASE NOTE: the DC-DC converter that I used in the FIRST LED video burned out after posting the video. I have since found a reference online that claims these have pretty strict amp limits, and can overheat and die if more current is applied. My PS was putting out 4.5 amps. The DC-DC convert had NO specs provided, and I was NOT checking the temperature. I then found a video online from DIYperks (link below) where he hooks two LED strips in series and uses a laptop power supply (18/19v) to power them, with no intervening step-down converter.
I’m not an electrical engineer, so if you copy this, you do so at your own risk. I can just report that I’ve had this new LED arrangement working for several hours of use with no issues.

About the Site 🌐
This site provides links to random videos hosted at YouTube, with the emphasis on random. 🎥
Origins of the Idea 🌱
The original idea for this site stemmed from the need to benchmark the popularity of a video against the general population of YouTube videos. 🧠
Challenges Faced 🤔
Obtaining a large sample of videos was crucial for accurate ranking, but YouTube lacks a direct method to gather random video IDs.
Even searching for random strings on YouTube doesn't yield truly random results, complicating the process further. 🔍
Creating Truly Random Links 🛠️
The YouTube API offers additional functions enabling the discovery of more random videos. Through inventive techniques and a touch of space-time manipulation, we've achieved a process yielding nearly 100% random links to YouTube videos.
About YouTube 📺
YouTube, an American video-sharing website based in San Bruno, California, offers a diverse range of user-generated and corporate media content. 🌟
Content and Users 🎵
Users can upload, view, rate, share, and comment on videos, with content spanning video clips, music videos, live streams, and more.
While most content is uploaded by individuals, media corporations like CBS and the BBC also contribute. Unregistered users can watch videos, while registered users enjoy additional privileges such as uploading unlimited videos and adding comments.
Monetization and Impact 🤑
YouTube and creators earn revenue through Google AdSense, with most videos free to view. Premium channels and subscription services like YouTube Music and YouTube Premium offer ad-free streaming.
As of February 2017, over 400 hours of content were uploaded to YouTube every minute, with the site ranking as the second-most popular globally. By May 2019, this figure exceeded 500 hours per minute. 📈
