Today I am showing you how to half an egg. I have had to do this for LOADS of my recipes and have finally found a way that works for me and I hope it will for you too.

Recipe
Equipment:
Two Bowls
Fork
Scales
Spatula
Ingredients:
An Egg
Method:
First things first, grab all of your equipment and your egg.
Crack your egg into your first bowl and beat.
Place your second bowl into your scales.
Turn your scales on and set them to zero.
Now, tip all of your egg into your second bowl, that is on your scales.
So, now that you have an original number to work from, divide that by two. But don't worry if it is an odd number, like mine was today!
Take your second bowl out of your scales and place your first bowl (that originally had your egg in) onto your scales and again, set your scales to zero.
Once that is done, your egg into your original bowl until you reach your desired measurement.
Don’t worry if a little more than half goes in as that is what happened to me, but try to get as close to half as you can.
There you go, all done!
