1/4 Salt
1 Tsp Hot Chilli Powder (You can use mild if you prefer)
1 Tsp Dried Methi Leaves
1 Tsp Tandoori Masala Powder
2 Tbsp Coconut milk powder. NOT DESICCATED COCONUT
2 Tsp Sugar or Jagary
150G Peeled King Prawns
Handful Fresh Coriander
1 Tsp Tomato Puree (mix a little water)
Veg Oil
Upto 300ml Base Gravy
