Perfect corners on concrete block walls with stucco. I’m using a magnet to attach these half-inch concrete nails. If I use one-inch nails, the corners blow out.
So watch and understand if you’re going to nail corners on nail into the grout and the farthest from the corner as possible.
After we tacked on these corners, we applied a basecoat to this wall, allowing that to set for an hour. We then applied a stucco color finish over it.
I applied stucco’sco’s base coat on this block wall and the color coat on this same day.

Keep in mind that it reached over a hundred degrees hot on this day, and my brother Lou added way too many accelerators to an already fast set of cement plaster. We had fun but worked our arse off.
