Una nueva receta para los amantes del cafe les traemos el paso a paso desde horneado hasta decoracion para hacer este delicioso pastel.
Moldes: Use 3 de 8" o 20"
Temperatura: 350F. O 180C.
Tiempo: 30 min o hasta que salga limpio el cuchillo.
Ingredientes Pan:
3 y 1/2 taza de harina todo usos /460g
2 y 1/2 cucharitas de polvo de hornear /baking soda
3/4 de cucharita de bicarbonato de sodio/baking soda
1/4 de cucharita de sal
1/2 taza de aceite vegetal
1 taza de azucar morena/mascabado/120g.
1 taza de azucar regular /230g
4 huevos grandes
1 y 1/2 taza de leche si quieres preparar el buttermilk solo agrega a esta cantidad de leche 4 cucharas de vinagre blanco de cosina.
3 cucharitas de extracto de vainilla u otro sabor preferido.
3 cucharas de cafe instantaneo y disolver en 2 cucharas de agua hirviendo puedes agregar mas cafe si te gusta mas fuerte el sabor.
Jarabe:
1 taza de cafe al gusto suave o fuerte
azucar al gusto
saborizante al gusto
podras envinar o hacer una mezcla de cafe 3 leches si asi lo deceas.
Relleno y Cubierta:
3 y 1/2 tazas de crema liquida chantilly, Esta cantidad te ajusta para relleno y cubierta.
1 taza de azucar el polvo/glass
3 cucharas de cafe instantaneo o mas si quieres mas fuerte el sabor+2 cucharas de agua hirviendo para disolver antes de agregar al chantilly deja enfriar.
saborizante o extracto de vainilla al gusto.
12 oz de queso mascarpone o queso crema 339g (opcional)yo en lo personal use los dos botes de queso mascarpone 16 oz eso es al gusto le da cremosidad y sabor delicioso.
NOTA: puedes agregar solo la mezcla de cafe al chantilly o a una crema de mantequilla con queso crema que le quedara tambien muy delicioso a esta receta personalizen y hagan suya esta receta tambien podrias espolvorear al relleno unas nueces picadas y le daras un sabor mas delioso.
Decoracion:
1/4 de taza chispitas de chocolate semidulces +1/4 de taza de crema chantilly liquida.
