CHOCOLATE BAR 🍫
185 Cals /16 fat /3 carb/1 fibre/7 protein
Stir up the following and then place in a stencil or on a plate and FREEZE for 15 minutes to an hour. (I like leaving it in the freezer so I can take bites throughout the week when I want some sweets)
1) 1 Tbsp Grass Fed Butter or Ghee (Clarified Butter)
2) 1 Tbsp Cocoa Powder
3) 1 Tbsp Hot Water
4) 1 Tbsp Protein Powder (I use musclepharm combat powder: cookies and cream flavour, but I encourage you to get creative and try different protein powders; there are some crazy flavours out there!)
CHOCOLATE FONDUE 🍮
185 Cals /16 fat /3 carb/1 fibre/7 protein
Stir up the following and then pour onto item of choice/ freeze to make fudge.
1) 1 Tbsp Grass Fed Butter or Ghee (Clarified Butter)
2) 1 Tbsp Cocoa Powder
3) 1 Tbsp Hot Water
4) 1 Tbsp Protein Powder of choice
To make pudding, add low-no sugar Greek yogurt to taste.
or even just freeze to make it more like a fudge
CHOCOLATE CAKE 🥮
185 cals /14 fat /7carb /2.7 fibre /9.6 protein
Mix in a cup, then microwave for approx 1 minute 11 seconds (use a lid if your microwave is powerful)
1) 1 egg
2) 3/4 Teaspoon baking powder
3) 1 Tbsp Cocoa
4) 1 Tbsp Almond Flour
5) 2 Tbsp 18% Cream
6) Add Sweetener of choice, mine is a stevia packet.
