Yarım limon suyu veya nar ekşisi, yeteri kadar zeytinyağı (acı ve ekşi miktarını azaltıp çoğaltabilirsiniz.)
Hazırlanışı ;
1.Domates,sivri biber,taze soğan ve maydanozu çok ince bir şekilde kıyın. Kesinlikle robottan çekmeyin.
2.Salça,tuz,nane ve pul biber iyice karıştırın salça içinde erisin.
3.İster limon suyu isterseniz nar ekşisi ekleyin, salatanız servise hazır.
