Potato Onion & Brinjal Fritters | Aloo Pakora Baigan Pakora & Onion Pakora | Vegetable fritters. These potato onion and brinjal fritters are a great teatime snack or they can be served as starter. They are very easy to prepare and needs only few ingredients.
Ingredients:
1 cup - Gram Flour
Salt to taste1
1/4 tsp - Red chilli powder
2 tsp Green chili paste
1 tsp ajwain/carom seeds
Coriander Leaves (Chopped)
1 Potato (Thinly Sliced)
1 Onions (Sliced)
2 Brinjals(Thinly Sliced & Soaked in water)

Method:
- Mix gram flour, salt, red chilli powder, Carom seeds and coriander leaves with water to make a smooth batter of pouring consistency.
- Cut the onion,potato and brinjals into thin slices
- Heat oil in a frying pan.
- Dip the potatoes and onions and brinjals in the batter & deep fry them on low flame.
- Fry till they are golden brown.
- Serve hot and enjoy.
