Hazırlanışı;
1.Kabakların uçları kesilerek kabukları soyulur.
2.Soyulan kabaklar ortadan ikiye kesilir ve içleri oyulur.
3.2 küçük boy soğan ince ince doğranır.
4.Maydanozlar da ince bir şekilde doğranır.
5.Biberlerde doğranarak uygun bir kaba alınır.
6.Doğranan sebzelerin üzerine kıyma,pirinç,pulbiber,karabiber,salça,tuz ve sıvı yağ eklenerek karıştırılır.
7.Karıştırılan iç harcı oyulan kabakların içlerine doldurulur.
8.Üzerine domatesler küçük küçük kesilerek kapak yapılır.
9.Üzerine domatesler küçük küçük kesilerek kapak yapılır.
10.Hazırlanan sos tencereye dizilen kabak dolmalarının üzerine gezdirilir.
11.Kısık ateşte pirinçler yumuşayana kadar yaklaşık 40 dk pişirilir.
