PARA LA SALSA DE ACEITE

100 gramos de chile de árbol
15 cacahuates
1 cabeza de dientes de ajo
3 cucharadas de ajonjolí
2 tazas de aceite vegetal
1 tortilla dorada

procedimiento

poner los ajos en un sartén con aceite freír incorporar los chiles y dejarlos por un minuto en el aceite a que doren sacar y poner en la licuadora freír la tortilla y incorporarla a la licuadora agregar los cacahuates y el resto de los ingredientes y licuar freir en un sarten con aceite bien caliente por un minuto y listo

PARA LA SALSA DE LAS ENCHILADAS

10 tomatillos medianos cocidos
90 gramos de queso crema philadelphia
4 cucharadas de cilantro
3 chiles cocidos
1 pechuga de pollo cocida
1 taza de crema acida
3/4 de taza de caldo de pollo

procedimiento poner en la licuadora los tomatillos, chiles , un pedacito de cebolla sal pimienta la crema cilantro, licuar y después llevar a una olla con 2 cucharadas de mantequilla a que de un hervor.

PARA EL MONTAJE

Pasar las tortillas por aceite rellenar de pollo hacer los taquitos tirar queso encima y llevar al micro hasta gratinar tirar cilantro y listo a disfrutar
