Receta Pastel Blanco/White Cake Eventos Especiales Video

Una receta Casera que le dara a tu evento un sabor y textura divino.No necesitas tener una pasteleria de lujo para ofrecer o hacer este tipo de pasteles y rellenos a tus clienteso familia aqui todo lo parenderas con tips de una forma MAS FACIL IMPOSIBLE!

Moldes de 8" o 20cm (2 o 3 depende los rellenos que decees)
Tiempo: 35 a 40 min aprox.
Temperatura:350F. o 180C.

INGREDIENTES:
3 tazas de harina /380g
6 a 7 claras de huevo/1 taza
3 barras de mantequilla sin sal de 113 c/u (339g)
2 tazas de azucar/460g
1 taza de leche
3 cucharitas de polvo de hornear(3 teaspoons)
1/4 de chucharita de sal
2 cucharitas de extracto de almendra o vainilla clara.

Notas:
*Si usas cremor tartaro para levantar las claras es 1 cucharita y 1 1/2 cucharita si usas vinagre blanco.
*Si quieres preparar la leche con vinagre blanco agrega 3 cucharas para hacer tu propio buttermilk.
*Para convertir las 3 tazas de harina a harina de pastel/cake flour saca 3 cucharas de harina y sustituye por 3 de maizena. * Si quieres sustituir 1 barrita de mantequilla por manteca vegetal Crisco 1 /2 taza equivale a 93g.
