More business plan help for how to write a business plan for a lawn care, gardening or landscaping business on my apps:
http://www.problemio.comIn this video I explain how to write a business plan for a lawn care business or a landscaping business. I also explain how to start a lawn care business. If you have watched my other videos, this is actually one of my favorite types of businesses and when I give examples I often use lawn care businesses as examples.
The important part of a business plan for a lawn care company is how you will market your lawn care business, and what local area (your target market) you will target. You typically do not need much money to start a lawn care business because the equipment is relatively cheap. So fundraising should not be too big of a barrier. If you do need some big equipment, you can earn the money to purchase it by starting with smaller lawn care or landscaping jobs.
When you start a lawn care business, think about the advantages of this kind of a company. The grass keeps growing. So as long as you provide a good service, the home owners (or businesses) who hire you will keep bringing you back when it is time to cut the grass again. That means that your lawn care business will have an average lifetime value of a customer that is quite high.
Additionally, when you start your lawn care business, it will be very important for you to be able to promote this business well. Here are some tips for promoting this business. Post your lawn care business listing on
http://www.yelp.com and other local service sites. Also post your lawn care business on GoogleLocal. That will add a listing of your business in the little Google map that sometimes shows up in search results.
Another thing I notice is that when some people write the business plan for a lawn care business they get stuck on the financials. Specifically, when people need to buy equipment to start their lawn care business they either don't know how to raise the money to buy the equipment, or feel that they need to have all sorts of possible equipment before they start. What you can do is to start doing small jobs, and buy equipment as your business grows.

This site provides links to random videos hosted at YouTube, with the emphasis on random. π₯
Origins of the Idea π±
The original idea for this site stemmed from the need to benchmark the popularity of a video against the general population of YouTube videos. π§
Challenges Faced π€
Obtaining a large sample of videos was crucial for accurate ranking, but YouTube lacks a direct method to gather random video IDs.
Even searching for random strings on YouTube doesn't yield truly random results, complicating the process further. π
Creating Truly Random Links π οΈ
The YouTube API offers additional functions enabling the discovery of more random videos. Through inventive techniques and a touch of space-time manipulation, we've achieved a process yielding nearly 100% random links to YouTube videos.
About YouTube πΊ
YouTube, an American video-sharing website based in San Bruno, California, offers a diverse range of user-generated and corporate media content. π
Content and Users π΅
Users can upload, view, rate, share, and comment on videos, with content spanning video clips, music videos, live streams, and more.
While most content is uploaded by individuals, media corporations like CBS and the BBC also contribute. Unregistered users can watch videos, while registered users enjoy additional privileges such as uploading unlimited videos and adding comments.
Monetization and Impact π€
YouTube and creators earn revenue through Google AdSense, with most videos free to view. Premium channels and subscription services like YouTube Music and YouTube Premium offer ad-free streaming.
As of February 2017, over 400 hours of content were uploaded to YouTube every minute, with the site ranking as the second-most popular globally. By May 2019, this figure exceeded 500 hours per minute. π
