Which was challenged by some bosses in the Supreme Court and after the hearing, the Delhi High Court canceled the notification. After that, Delhi Govt. The Minimum Wages of Workers went to the Supreme Court challenging the High Court order. The Supreme Court has given a historic judgment while hearing the Minimum Wage in Delhi. After Supreme Court order Delhi Govt issued a proposal regarding fixing/revising of Minimum Wages for workers, clerical and supervisory staff employed in all scheduled employments.
