İçin Malzemeler
1 kg jalapeno Meksika biberi
1 avuç nohut
3-4 diş sarımsak
2-3 dilim doğranmış limon
Üzeri için;
1’er tatlı kaşığı toz şeker ve tuz
1’er çay bardağı üzüm sirkesi dökelim.
Üzerleri dolana kadar sıcak su
Hazırlanışı;
1.1 kg jalapone biberleri tohumlarını çıkarmadan halka şeklinde doğrayalım.
2.1 avuç nohutu turşu kavanozunun içerisine alalım.
3.Üzerine biberlerimizi sıkıca yerleştirelim.
4.3-4 diş sarımsak ve 2-3 diş doğradığımız limonları yerleştirelim.
5.Biberlerimizi bastırarak kavanoz doluncaya kadar devam edelim.
6.Biz bu şekilde yarım kiloluk kavanoz ile 3 adet turşu elde ettik.
7.Her bir kavanoza 1'er tatlı kaşığı toz şeker ve tuz serpelim.
8.Her kavanoza 1'er çay bardağı üzüm sirkesinide ilave edelim.
9.Kalan kısmını sıcak su ile doldurup ağzını kapatalım ve kavanozları ters çevirelim.
10.Soğuduktan sonra güneş görmeyen bir yerde muhafaza edelim.
11.2 hafta içerisinde turşularımız yemeye hazır olacaktır.
