How to Make Tsang Ginger Sesame Chicken in the Oven ~ Basic BBQ Chicken Recipe
INGREDIENTS
6 chicken thighs cleaned and trimmed - or legs or breasts
1 cup of House of Tsang Sweet Ginger & Sesame Grill Sauce
About 1 tbsp. Tsang's Stir Fry Oil to coat chicken
Salt and Pepper or seasoning of your choice
Preheat oven to 400 degrees
30 minutes - 400d flip chicken
15 minutes - 400d drain juices, place skin side down and baste with sauce
10 minutes - 400d drain juices, flip chicken, baste with sauce
10 minutes - 425d baste with sauce
2 minutes - put under broiler to caramelize if needed
10 minutes - let chicken rest before serving.
