How to have confidence Video

If you want to know how to like yourself; how to love yourself; how to have confidence; how to be happy being you:

These are the things I did to completely change the way I felt about being me. These things helped me to love myself and have confidence:

1 – smile at yourself in the mirror
2 – make eye-contact with, and smile at everyone you pass
3 – smile and say, “thank you!” when you’re given a compliment
4 – do something every day that makes you feel attractive
5 – do something active each day
6 – save 10% of any money you make
7 – listen to something positive/inspirational/instructional each day
8 – agree with the compliments you get
9 – give a compliment, or show appreciation to someone each day
10 – start laughing a lot
11 – read something good each day
12 – give encouragement
13 – give back
14 – do something each day for you
15 – set and work toward a huge goal

This may seem like a random topic for a channel about employment, but we need to have self-confidence at work. Confidence is so important, that it’s Step 2 to using your job to get what you want, and I’ll be referring to it over and over.
