1 su bardağı garnitür
Hazırlanışı;
1.Soğan, sarımsak, maydanoz, yumurta rondoya alınarak küçük küçük olacak şekilde parçalanır. İsterseniz bu işlemi rende veya bıçak ile de yapabilirsiniz.
2.Kıyma derince bir kaba alınır, üzerine rondoda çektiğimiz malzemeler eklenir.
3.Kimyon, karabiber, pulbiber, kırmızı toz biber, tuz, bayat ekmek içi eklenerek köfte harcı yoğrulur.
4.Köfte harcından bir miktar alınarak şekillendirilir, biz hamburger köftesi boyutunda daire şeklinde hazırlayıp yağlanmış fırın kabına dizdik.
5.Köftelerin yarısını bu şekilde daire şeklinde yarısını ise çanak şeklinde yaptık.
6.190 C önceden ısıtılmış fırında köfteler fırınlanır.
7.Üzerleri hafif kızarınca fırından alınır.
8.Beşamel sos ile karıştırdığınız garnitür köftelerin üzerine pay edilir.
9.Fırın kabına 2 su bardağı sıcak su da ezdiğiniz domates salçası dökülür,
10.Üzerlerine kaşar peyniri koyularak fırına sürülür.
11.Domates sosu kaynadıktan ve kaşar peyniri kızardıktan sonra fırından alınır. Afiyet olsun.
