This is a portable Victor Orphophonic Victrola from probably the 1930's. It has the final refinement to the reproducer. To my knowledge they were not using model numbers in the later years but you might correct me on that. The Orthophonic portables had much better sound than the prior acoustic Victrolas. This one has the spring loaded "V" which is the needle holder cover. You see this only on the later machines. Thanks for looking!
