Ingredients

8-10 mushrooms
1 finely chopped onion
1 finely chopped tomato
3-4 finely chopped garlic Cloves
2 finely chopped green chilli
Finely chopped coriander
1/2 tsp cumin seeds
1/2 tsp garam masala
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1/2 tsp red chilli powder
Salt to taste
Pinch of heeng

Whole Spices

2 tsp corriander seeds
2 green cardamom
6-7 Black pepper corn
2 Laung
Little jaavitri
Small piece of cinnamon
1/2 tsp cumin seeds

Method

1.Heat a pan add whole Spices in it and roast it until it gets light golden brown in colour.

2. grind the roasted Spices.

3. Heat a pan add oil, add mushrooms fry to 1 -2 min.
4. Heat the same pan add oil, when oil gets hot add cumin seeds, Heeng let it crackle. Add onion, garlic, green chilli fry it untill it gets golden brown colour.

5. Add tomatoes fry it untill it separate oil.

6. Add garam masala, turmeric powder, Red chilli powder, grinded whole Spices (1/2 tsp). Mix it
Well.

7. Add mushrooms.
8. Add 2 cups of water, if u want thick gravy than add only 1 cup of water, mix it well,

9. Boil it for 10-15 min on medium flame.

10. After 10-15 min add salt ,corriander , mix it well.

Serve it hot
Gravy Mushroom is ready now.
