Paneer Podimas or Paneer Recipe In tamil(பன்னீர் பொடிமாஸ்)செய்து சப்பாத்தி உடன் பரிமாறுங்கள் உங்கள் குழந்தை சாப்பாடு வேண்டாம் னு சொல்லவே மாட்டார்கள் .இந்த பன்னீர் பொடிமாஸை பிரட் மற்றும் டொமெட்டோ சோஸ் உடன் ஈவினிங் ஸ்னாக்ஸ் கு குடுத்து பாருங்கள் ரொம்ப விரும்பி சாப்பிடுவார்கள்.
Ingredients required to make this Panner Podimas:
Paneer-200 gms
Cumin seeds-1/2 tsp
Green Chilli-1/2
Turmeric Powder-1/2 tsp
Chilli Powder-1/2 tsp
Coriander Powder-1/2 tsp
Cumin seeds Powder-1 tsp
Garam masala Powder-1/2 tsp
Cooking oil-3 to 4 tsp
Fresh coriander leaves -some

Procedure to make this Paneer Recipe is very easy.You can prepare this in ten mins time if you have paneer at home.

Procedure to preparethis Paneer Podimas or Paneer Bhurji recipe:
1.Take a pan and add 3 tsp of cooking oil
2.Add cumin seeds-1/2 tsp and let it saute for 1 min
3.Add onion and saute it for 3 mins
4.Then add green chilli and ginger garlic paste
5.Let it cook for 3 mins in low flame
6.Now add all masalas like turmeric powder,Chilli powder,Coriander powder,Cumin seeds powder,Salt.
7.Mix all well and add tomato
8.Add some water and cook for 5 mins.
9.Shred your paneer and add after 5 to 7 mins
10.Add little more cumin seeds powder and cook for another 3 to 4 mins
11.Now paneer bhurji is ready,garnish with fresh coriander leaves and add some garam masala.
12.Mix all well and serve with chapathi and bread with sous.

You can Prepare this recipe in ten mins and serve hot with chapathi and bread.
