Edward Steinfeld, director of the Watson Institute, will lead a conversation with Todd Stern, the former United States Special Envoy for Climate Change. Stern served as the special envoy from 2009 to 2016. In this capacity, he led the U.S. negotiating team for the Paris Agreement, and was a leading voice of the Obama administration’s climate change strategy. He previously served in the Clinton administration as White House Staff Secretary.
