Ingredientes para la masa
2 tazas de harina
6 cucharadas de azúcar
1 cucharadita de polvo de hornear
1 pizca de sal
1 barra de mantequilla ( 90 gramos )
10 gramos de queso crema
2 huevos
procedimiento poner todos estos ingredientes en un boll y amasamos hasta formar una masa dejamos reposar por 30 minutos en el refri antes de trabajar.
una vez pasa la media hora la sacamos extendemos y estiramos la masa con la ayuda de un rodillo la ponemos sobre el molde y cortamos los excesos pinchamos el fondo con un tenedor y reservamos.
PARA EL RELLENO
3 huevos
1 taza de miel de maple
1/3 de taza de azúcar morena
2 tazas de nuez picada ( no tan fina trozo grande )
2 tapaderas de vainilla
procedimiento
revolvemos todos estos ingredientes perfectamente agregamos al molde donde previamente ya tendremos la masa acomodada llevamos a horno a 180 grados por espacio de 1 hora sacamos y dejamos enfriar completamente a temperatura ambiante.
