Hello Lovelies! Today*s fun tutorial is how to make mini fringe heart embellishments for your flipbooks, planners, and scrapbooks. This is probably my favorite diy embellishment because they are SO CUTE and simple to make. The best part of all is that you can use washi tape to make them, yay! This is a great way to get the most out of your washi and be able to make perfect color coordinated decorations for your projects. :)
