What is the Law of Attraction?
Basically, you get what you think about, whether you want it or not. It is the law that our thoughts create our universe and our surroundings, whether positive or negative. Our thoughts have energy and vibrations just like any physical thing on this planet. What we pay attention to happens or comes to us. What we think about is magnetically attracted to us.
What can the Law of Attraction do for me?
• Achieve your goals more effectively
• Be happier about your situation
• Feel more confident and secure
• Create the life you’ve always wanted
• Expose you to new experiences
• Learn the power behind good emotions
What ways do you practice LoA?
• Gratitude first, always
• “Visualization” = daydreaming, conjuring emotions
• Behavior changes, i.e. acting as if I already have the things I’m asking for.
• Affirmations, i.e. waking up and telling yourself “You are powerful,” and repeating until you believe it
• Meditation and mindfulness
• Karmic practice = do good for the world and expect good to come back
• ACTION. You can’t just want and think it’ll happen – take steps to make things happen.
