2 adet orta boy havuç
3-4 kaşık sıvı yağ
5-6 kaşık süzme yoğurt
½ çay bardağı dövülmüş ceviz
2 diş sarımsak
Tuz
Süslemek için maydanoz
Hazırlanışı;
1.Kabak ve havuçlarımızı tıraşlayarak kabuklarını ayıklayalım.
2.Ayrı ayrı rendeleyelim, orta boy tavaya sıvı yağımızı alalım,kabaklarımızı hafif ateşte kavuralım,kabak su salacaktır.
3.Suyunu hafif çekince havuçlarımızı ekleyelim.
4.Beraber kavuralım(3-5 dk) Malzememizi soğutalım.
5.Kabak ve havuçlar soğurken, süzme yoğurdumuzu derince bir kaba alın, ezilmiş sarımsak ,su ve tuz ile koyu kıvamda yoğurdunuzu ezin.(asla çok su eklemeyin,eklenecek sebzeler yoğurdunuzu zaten yumuşatacaktır)
6.Sebzelerinizi ve dövülmüş cevizinizi yoğurda ekleyerek tüm malzemenizi karıştırın.
7.Servis tabağına alarak 1 saat buzdolabında bekletin.
8.Maydanoz ile süsleyin Afiyet Olsun
Not: Kavrulmuş sebzeleriniz mutlaka soğumuş olsun, sıcak eklerseniz yoğurdunuz da kesilme yapar. Süsleme de siyah zeytin de çok yakışıyor.
