DIY Bleach Cleaner | Exact Measurements in Description Box! Video

Keep a few bucks in your pocket and make your own bleach cleaner with items you probably already have at home!

What you'll need:

Standard-sized empty spray bottle, rinsed thoroughly
1/4 cup bleach (scented, if preferred)
2 teaspoons liquid LAUNDRY detergent
About 4 cups water
Funnel (optional)

CAUTION: Use caution when using bleach. When combined with some common household cleaners, it can create a toxic gas, which can be harmful or deadly. We chose to use laundry detergent in this solution because it is formulated to work with bleach.

TIP: I like to make sure I'm wearing white when I make this cleaner, just in case the bleach splashes on my clothes!

NOTE: If you choose to use the scented bleach, please know that it is NOT a registered disinfectant.

DIRECTIONS:
If using, place funnel in the top of your empty spray bottle. Pour in bleach and liquid laundry detergent. Next, fill with water until it reaches about one inch from the top. Screw lid on tightly and shake gently. And don't forget to label your bottle!
