Tacos de Lengua al Disco | La Capital Video

Esta es la segunda vez que preparo tacos de lengua, en el primer video cociné la lengua al vapor: https://youtu.be/m3N1GZQ1q5Y
Pero en esta ocasión quise hacerla de forma diferente, primero la puse a hervir por una hora y media hasta que la carne quedó suave y luego la terminé de sazonar en el disco. El resultado fue fantástico, coservando el sabor de la lengua pero con un extra de sazón.
También preparé una salsa que nunca había intentado antes: chile morita más chile de árbol, y creo que le queda muy bien a cualquier taco, al menos con estos de lengua me gustó mucho.
