Celebrations have been held in Yemen after Houthi rebels said they attacked Abu Dhabi airport in the United Arab Emirates using a drone.

Emirati leaders deny any attack or airport disruption.

The reports from Abu Dhabi come on the heels of Houthis attacking what they claimed was a Saudi Arabian naval frigate on Wednesday.

The Saudis say two oil tankers were targeted and have stopped oil shipments through the important Bab al-Mandeb strait off the coast of Yemen.

Analysts say both incidents show a change in tactics by the Houthis.
