FY 2019 Stand-Alone Tribal Victim Services Set-Aside Program Webinar (June 20, 2019) Video

OVC conducted this pre-application webinar to review solicitation requirements and answer questions. Three changes were made to this presentation after the webinar:
Slide 15, 50, 61: The application deadline was extended to 11:59 p.m. ET on August 16, 2019.
Slide 26 and 30: The Award Period was revised to show the correct end date (December 31, 2022).
Slide 45: Removed language re: downloading the FCQ form and replaced it with the following language: “The responses on the Questionnaire directly impact the pre-award risk assessment and should accurately reflect the applicant’s financial management and internal control system at the time of the application."

Even searching for random strings on YouTube doesn't yield truly random results, complicating the process further. 🔍

Creating Truly Random Links 🛠️

The YouTube API offers additional functions enabling the discovery of more random videos. Through inventive techniques and a touch of space-time manipulation, we've achieved a process yielding nearly 100% random links to YouTube videos.
