45 gramos de mantequilla
2 huevos

1 pizca de sal
procedimiento
poner a calentar el agua una vez caliente agregamos la mantequilla a que se derrita.
una vez caliente el agua incorporamos harina sal y royal de golpe y movemos agresivamente hasta incorporar ya fuera del fuego dejamos que se temple la masa y agregamos los huevos y incorporamos a la masa rapido para que no se cosan con lo tibio de la masa una vez incorporado dejamos reposar por 10 minutos y a freír y disfrutar de esta deliciosa receta =)
