Rack of Lamb Ribs with Rosemary - Chinese Style Recipe

Welcome to Xiao's Kitchen. My name is Xiao Wei, ever since my Mother taught me how to cook at an early age, I have always had a strong passion for Cooking. My family still live in Inner Mongolia in the northern part of China, where I visit each year and learn new Chinese recipes.

You can also cook this for an outdoor BBQ.

Ingredients:
400g Lamb Ribs
½ Tsp Salt
2 Tbsp Light Soy Sauce
1 Tbsp BBQ Sauce
1 Tsp Sugar
½ Tsp Black pepper
5g Rosemary

Method:
1. Place BBQ sauce, salt, soy, sugar, black pepper and rosemary in a bowl
2. Mix all ingredients together
3. Score the ribs with a sharp knife
4. Brush the mixture evenly over the ribs, cover with cling film and leave to marinate for 2 hours
5. Place the lamb ribs into a preheated oven at 200C degrees and cook for 20 minutes
6. Remove from oven, serve and enjoy
