Ingredientes Pan:
1 caja de harina preparada sabor limon si no consigues puedes usar vainilla o amarilla/yellow y poner extracto o ralladura de limon.
4 huevos
1/2 taza de piña en lata triturada sin su jugo
1/2 taza de coco rallado
1/2 taza de aceite
1 taza del jugo de piña

Relleno:
4 oz /125g de queso crema (1/2 barrita)
1/4 de mantequilla sin sal (55g)
1 taza de azucar en polvo
1 o 2 cucharitas de leche depende el clima donde vivas.
3 cucharas de piña molida sin jugo (opcional y al gusto)
3 cucharas de coco rallado (opcional y al gusto)
