1.Yufkamızı tezgaha alıp yuvarlak kısımlarını keserek kare haline getirelim.
2.Daha sonra ortadan ikiye kesip bir şiş yardımı ile sıkıca saralım.
3.Uç kısmına su sürerek kapatalım.
4.Şişimizi yufkadan çıkartalım.
5.Küçük küçük keserek yufkalarımızı bol kızgın yağda kızartalım.
6.2 su bardağı yoğurt,2 diş rendelenmiş sarımsak,1 yemek kaşığı mayonez ve yeteri kadar tuzu uygun bir kapta karıştıralım.
7.Yoğurtlu sosa haşlanıp didiklenmiş yarım parça tavuk göğsü,1 kase haşlanmış nohut ve kızarttığımız çıtır yufkalarımızı ilave edip karıştıralım.
8.Salatamızı servis tabağına aldıktan sonra tereyağında kızdırdığımız pulbiberi gezdirelim.
9.Nane ile süsleyerek servis edelim.
