(INGREDIENTS For KOFTA)


Chicken = 500 g.

Zeera roasted and crash = 1 half tea spoon.

Lal Mirch Powder (Red Chili Powder) = 1 tea spoon.

Namak (Salt) = 1 tea spoon.

Garam Masala Powder = 1 tea spoon.

Kali Mirch Powder = half tea spoon.

Onion = 1 small size.

Chane (Roasted) = 1 small bowl.

Ginger and Garlic Paste = 1 table spoon.

Green Chili = 5-6.

Hara-Dhaniya (Coriander Leaves) = 2 table spoon.


(INGREDIENTS For PULAO)

Basmati Rice (Kaccha) = 500 g.

Onion = 1 big size fine chopped

Zeera = 1 tea spoon.

Kali Mirch = 10

Dalchini = 3 piece.

Luang = 6

Hara-Dhaniya (Coriander Leaves) = 2 table spoon.

Podina (Mint) = small bowl.

Green Chili = 5-6.

Dahi = 4 table spoon.

Namak (Salt) = 1 and half tea spoon.

Tamatar (Tomatoes) = 1 big size.

Lal Mirch Powder (Red Chili Powder) = 1 table spoon.

Ginger and Garlic Paste = 2 table spoon.

Oil = 150 ml.
