DESCRIPTION
A great exercise for practicing the straight and the cross-court backhand drop. The focus is to adjust the thumb by rotating the grip towards panhandle to perform these shots. Make sure to have the movement to the center after each stroke - this will be the most natural thing to do after each stroke.
Feeding: 1 shuttle, the feeder plays the middle and the rear backhand corner, differently.
Repeats: You should change after 2 minutes or maybe 4 mistakes. Do this a couple of times.
Players: 2 players.
