Investigating the Pneumonia Death of Brittany Murphy

Actress Brittany Murphy officially passed away from pneumonia on December 20, 2009, but could death been preventable? The coroner's report attributes her death to community acquired pneumonia, with iron deficiency anemia and multiple drug intoxication, however, toxicology reports indicate that multiple metals were found in her body.
