1 lata de champiñones chica ( 180 gramos aprox )
1 jitomate rojo chico picado en cuadritos
1 pedacito de cebolla finamente picado
1 chile picado finamente
2 hojas de laurel
1 cubo de knorr de pollo
1 cubo de knorr de tomate
sal y pimienta al gusto
PREPARACION
ponemos a guisar la cebolla con el chile desues agregamos el jitomate y guisamos agregamos el cubo de knorr de pollo el cubo de knorr de tomate las hojas de laurel sal y pimienta guisamos agregamos los champiñones y guisamos hasta que seque el guisado reservamos y dejamos enfriar.

1 queso crema de 180 gramos
ajonjolí el necesario
1 pedazo de papel aluminio

Cortamos un pedazo de papel aluminio y ponemos el queso crema philadelphia (180 gramos ) en medio de el papel con la ayuda de un tenedor comenzamos a acremarlo hacia los lados del centro para afuera después con un cuchillo de cocina comenzamos a formar la lamina y una vez formada metemos el refrigerador una vez frio rellenamos y dejamos que suavice pero muy poco y doblamos como se muestra en el video decoramos al gusto y servimos con galletitas a disfrutar
