Showing you a tip on how to do perfect hard boil eggs without over boiling.
I used 7 medium eggs but you can use how ever many you like and use any size.
In a large pot of water, turn the Heat on high, bring to a boil (do not cover). After it comes to a boil, turn the heat off, cover, and sit for 15 minutes. After 15 minutes, put eggs into a bowl of Ice Water to stop the cooking process. Let it cool completely. Peel shell off and enjoy. Perfect for Deviled Eggs, Potato Salad, Tuna Fish, and more!!!
