PASTEL DE CHOCOLATE (CAPA 1):
1 Caja de Harina para Pastel
Preparación:
Sigue las instrucciones de tu caja y hornea la mezcla por 30 a 35 minutos o hasta que al introducir un palillo este salga seco.
CHEESECAKE (CAPA 2):
3 paquetes de Queso Philadelphia
Tres cuartos de Taza de Azúcar
2 Cditas. de Vainilla
Tres cuartos de crema ácida o agria
3 huevos
Preparación:
Acremamos el queso con el azúcar y la vainilla.
Una vez acremado incorporamos la crema.
Huevos uno a uno.
No batir de mas .
Para el montaje:
Una vez horneado nuestro pan de chocolate lo sacamos y aplanamos la pancita con la ayuda de una palita o un machucador e inmediatamente vertimos la mezcla del Cheescake y horneamos alrededor de 50 minutos o hasta que el centro esté un poco cuajado.
Sacar y dejar reposar por 2 horas a temperatura ambiente y posteriormente 5 horas en el refrigerador.
MOUSSE DE FRESA (CAPA 3):
1 taza de crema acida o agria.
1 paquete de gelatina de fresa.
2 tazas de azúcar glass.
2 cdas de grenetina previamente hidratada y pasada por el microondas.
Procedimiento:
Batir la crema hasta doblar su volumen.
Incorporar una taza gelatina a punto de clara.
Después agregar el azúcar.
Por ultimo agregar las 2 cdas de grenetina diluida.
Batir y agregar al pastel.
Meter al refrigerador por un espacio de 30 a 40 minutos,
Sacarlo, desmoldarlo y decorar al gusto.
