2.Derince bir kaba haşlanmış şehriye, doğranmış yeşil soğan, suyu süzülmüş konserve mısır, küçük kesilmiş kornişon turşu, maydanoz, kırmızı biber alınır ve karıştırılır.
3.Tuzu ayarlanır, zeytinyağı ve limon suyu eklenerek karıştırılır.
4.Servis tabağına alınır. Afiyet olsun.
