(Ingredients)
Kaacha Basmati Rice = 400 g.
Matar (Peas) = 400 g.
Ginger Garlic Paste = 1 and half table spoon.
Namak (Salt) = 1 table spoon.
Tamatar (Tomatoes) = 1 big size.
Piyaaz (Onion) = 1 big size fine chopped.
Hari Mirch (Green Chilli) = 5-6.
Laung (Cloves) = 6-7.
Chakr Phool (Star Anise) = 1.
Zeera (Cumin Seeds) = Half tea spoon.
Javetri (Mace) = 1.
Kali Mirch (Black Pepper) = half tea spoon.
Hari Elichi (Green Cardamom) = 2.
Kali Elichi (Black Cardamom) = 1.
Daalchini (Cinnamon Stick) = 2.
Orange Food Colour = 1 pinch.
Sabud Dhaniya (Coriander Whole) = 1 tea spoon.
Sauf = 1 tea spoon.
Oil = 1 and half serving spoon.
