Amazing sweet crossover soul 45 from Chicago, produced by William Bagsby and The Key Masters, arranged by Eddie Silvers.
I've received interesting remark in comments from youtube fella Dustyologist II (check out his youtube channel - he got great choons! https://www.youtube.com/user/GreatGoldenGrooves/)

William Bagsby is actually Billy "Chop Chop" Hartsfield from Heet/Brandy and, they had some outstanding originals.This is the original version from '69 sung by Larry Johnson who'd later become a member of another short lived Chicago group The Majestic Arrows "Magic Of Your Love" which he also sings lead on!!!!!!

Later in 1973 this song was covered by the Brighter Side Of Darkness. But Persuasions is superior to my taste and it even was a local hit in the Chicago area. Vinyl rip from my personal record collection.
