Daily Lunch Routine or Morning routine for breakfast and lunch is all about what to prepare for lunch on weekdays.I prepared this daily lunch routine for day today lunch menu useful for beginners and also for office goers.
In this dalily lunch routin(Tamil) what i prepared for lunch is
3.Siru keerai poriyal
4.Perrkanga thol chutney
5.Pacha Payaru Salad (for breakfast)
During weekends we use to eat non vegetarian dishes but during weekdays we shoul concentrate on cooking Pulses and cereals for our family members which is healthy and nutritious.
So plan your lunch routine according to that and prepare daily lunch.So i concentrated on Pulses(Payiru) for this lunch menu.
Before planning this lunch routine
1.Soak Karamani and pachai payiru in water (over night)
2.Next day morning ,wash karamani and cook in presure cooker for 3 vissils.
4.Cook pachai payuru in separate container for 10 ten mins.
5.Get ready with chopped onions and tomato.
6.Grind coconut for curry and also for poriyal.
