I love buying affordable makeup. Going to the drugstore is so much fun because I feel like I am ballin' on a budget sometimes. I can pick up several different products and not feel super guilty about it! I started my makeup journey using drugstore makeup. It was what I could afford and still to this day I love finding the hidden gems at the drugstore. When learning how to use makeup I didn't want to invest so much money into a product I might not end up liking or in general just not work for my skin type. With this in mind, learning how to use makeup and develop my techniques was so much easier by purchasing drugstore/affordable products. I really found what works best for me and learned which brands had great products for what I needed.
